Casting
Process
Casting is a processing method that heats a material at a temperature higher than
its melting point, turns it into a liquid, pours it into a mold, and solidifies it.
1 Store raw materials
Order and receive raw materials by designing the material optimal
for customer needs
2 Dissolution
The material is charged into the melting furnace and melted.
Control the chemical composition of the molten metal and remove impurities to obtain a product of the desired material
3 Injection
Pour the molten material into the mold and inject it
4 Cooling
Cooling so that the casting structure of liquid metal is refined
5 Sample collection
Sample collection for component analysis and quality inspection
6Ingredient analysis
Conduct component analysis to check the result of production based on manufacturing design
7 Tensile and hardness testing
Quality inspection and selection through various quality measurement equipment
8 Processing
A process of processing using processing equipment to manufacture the final product into the shape and size requested by the customer.
